4-H Achievement Banquet

The 4-H Achievement Banquet will be held on December 13, at 7 p.m. at the Shelby County Extension Office. All 4-H members and their families are invited. We need a volunteer to serve as the Emcee for the program. If you are interested, please contact Regina or Candice. We are taking nominations for the Matt Edwards Award, I Dare You! Awards and Outstanding Seniors. Please send nominations to us by November 30. There will be a slideshow of pictures from the past 4-H year. If you would like to submit a picture, please email them to Candice or provide us with a CD or flash drive. As part of the Achievement Banquet, 4-Hers will be sponsoring a food drive to benefit the Shelby County Schools Backpack Project. Start collecting pop-top canned goods, pudding cups, fruit cups, cereal bars and snack crackers for the food drive now. Remember no nuts or peanut butter is allowed. The club or group collecting the most food will be awarded a pizza party.
