Soup Sharing

Bring a pot of your favorite homemade soup and the recipe to our special session of “sharing soup” on Wednesday, January 16 at noon. Soups can be an excellent way to stre-e-e-tch your food dollars. Best of all, you will taste many types of soup and receive all the recipes in a Soup Recipe Booklet later. You will have many new soup recipes to prepare and warm you and your family and friends this winter. If school is closed on January 16 due to inclement weather, the Soup Sharing will be held on January 17. If you can’t bring a pot of soup, please join us anyway and enjoy the variety of soups for a small donation to the Ovarian Cancer Screening Research Project. This year Soup Sharing is a special fundraiser for this important screening work that has detected Ovarian Cancer in early stages for several participants!
