Workshop on new DOL Overtime Ruling

Important Workshop on Department of Labor's new Overtime Ruling

If you have salaried employees, there is a good chance this will impact your payroll!

Beginning December 1, 2016, this new ruling affects everyone who has salaried employees making less than $47,476 annually.  The type of business or organization or the number of employees does not automatically exempt you from this requirement.  This includes non-profits, government, and education!  With the new ruling, it is expected that Wage and Hour will also be looking more closely at compensable time - especially those after hours phone calls, emails, texts, etc.

Don't miss this workshop to learn how you and your company may be affected by the new overtime ruling and options to consider so you will be in compliance when it goes into effect on December 1, 2016.

Lunch will be provided.
