Position Overview
The Production Manager / Scheduler is responsible for leading and coordinating all field operations to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and profitably. This includes scheduling, dispatching, monitoring progress, and managing resources across restoration and reconstruction jobs. This leadership position serves as a key link between management, technicians, and customers—ensuring that every job meets company standards for quality, documentation, and customer service. The ideal candidate is strategic, organized, and results-driven, with a strong ability to lead teams, balance priorities, and maintain clear communication across departments.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Leadership & Management
• Supervise and support field team leads and technicians to meet production goals and deadlines. • Foster a positive work culture based on accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. • Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational performance. • Lead by example, maintaining professionalism, integrity, and adherence to company standards. • Conduct regular team meetings, performance evaluations, and coaching sessions. • Oversee onboarding and ongoing training to ensure staff competency and compliance.
Scheduling & Dispatching
• Manage daily scheduling for emergency response, mitigation, contents, mold, and biohazard crews. • Monitor the production board and dispatch crews based on job priority, skill set, and availability.
